Our new Board of Directors was elected.
We set out with the slogan “Goodness for Everyone”, and as the World Goodness Association, we held our first general assembly meeting at Yeşilköy WOW Istanbul Hotel. During the ordinary general assembly meeting, we elected our new board of directors.
Businessperson and philanthropist Menekşe Kankavi was unanimously elected as the Chairperson of the Board, while Judge Seval Karataş was elected as Vice President, Arif Işık as General Secretary, Yağmur Koca as Digital Communication Officer, and Ceren Kankıran as European Union and International Relations Officer.
For the reserve board of directors, Prof. Dr. Hayati Aygün, businessperson Vedat Uğurlu, archaeologist and auctioneer Uğur Batur, lawyer Ümmühan Sertdemir Cevheri, and lawyer Ömer Faik Çetiner were elected.
For the board of auditors, Hasan Polat was elected as Chairperson, dentist Mehmet Özel as Vice Chairperson, and Serap Özcan Çelik as a member. The reserve auditing board members elected were Elif Zehra Turan, Songül Gökdere, and journalist Caner Budak.
Additionally, lawyer Ümmühan Sertdemir Cevheri was elected as the Legal Officer of the association, while lawyer Gülnur Tutumoğlu, Salih Babacan, and Şenol Kömürcü will continue their work as members.
