DONOR RIGHTS
At World Goodness Association, we believe that donation is a voluntary act and that
giving and sharing improve the quality of life. We value transparency and ensure that
donors and potential donors can make safe, informed contributions. We support the
rights of all donors and adhere to the following rights:
1. The right to be informed about the mission and vision of World Goodness
Association, how donations will be used, and the capacity and intention to use them
efficiently for their intended purpose.
2. The right to expect managers to carry out their duties with caution and prudence.
3. The right to access current financial information.
4. The right to request assurance that the donation will be used for its intended
purpose.
5. The right to receive appropriate acknowledgment and thanks.
6. The right to request confidentiality of their donation in accordance with the law.
7. The right to ensure that all staff representing the organization maintain
professional conduct in all relationships.
8. The right to know whether the person requesting the donation is a volunteer, an
employee, or an external person hired specifically for this task.
9. The right to request that their contact information be removed from any lists
shared with others.
10. The right to ask questions while donating and receive immediate, accurate, and
clear answers.
