Continue to do good
Under the leadership of Ms. Menekşe Kankavi and with philanthropist artist Yılmaz Morgül among our founders, the World Goodness Association marked “December 3rd, International Day of People with Disabilities” by delivering electric wheelchairs to individuals with disabilities in collaboration with the Beykoz Disabled Persons Association.
The wheelchairs, purchased with donations collected by Yılmaz Morgül from his fans during his performances, brought joy to six more individuals with disabilities.
At the event, held in partnership with the Beykoz Disabled Persons Association, our association members engaged closely with individuals with disabilities. The event was attended by Hasan Polat, the president of the Beykoz Disabled Persons Association, and communication specialist Yağmur Koca.
During her speech, our association’s president, Menekşe Kankavi, stated:
“Our association is very new, but we have a highly experienced and well-equipped management team. We will pass our helping hand to all in need, first with love and then with respect. In defiance of the bad in the world, we will once again show everyone that there are good people too.”
