“Dünyada İyilik Var Derneği” birinci kuruluş yıldönümünü önceki gece SVADBA MAÇKA’da Dernek Kurucu Üyesi, Usta Sanatçı Yılmaz Morgül’ün Hasta Yatağından gelerek sahne aldığı görkemli bir gece ile kutladı.
The event was hosted by President Menekşe Kankavi, Vice President Judge Seval Karataş, EU Representative Ceren Kankıran, Treasurer Attorney Ömer Faik Çetiner, and Secretary General Arif Işık, with the continuous support of Sel Logistics. A large number of distinguished guests attended the celebration.
The anniversary gala and awards ceremony were organized by Atilla Kaplakarslan, General Coordinator of the association and co-founder of Vizyon Production. The evening was presented by İshak Akbay, while the red-carpet interviews were conducted by Ecrin Saygın, holder of the 7th Queen of Cinema title. The event drew significant attention from leading figures of the art, society, and business world.
Among those who received awards were Gönül Yazar, Salih Güney, Coşkun Sabah, Volkan Severcan, Burhan Şeşen, Gökhan Şeşen, Hilal Özdemir, Ömür Gedik, Ferman Toprak, 1996 Miss Turkey Sevilay Öztürk, businessman Vedat Uğurlu, news anchor Gülden Kalecik Demirtaş, Vahe Kılıçarslan, Engin Koç, and Yusuf Azuz.
During the night, Lifetime Achievement and Honor Awards were presented to Gönül Yazar, Salih Güney, Volkan Severcan, Burhan Şeşen, Gökhan Şeşen, and Hilal Özdemir. The Businessperson of the Year Award went to Fehmi Okuyucu, Chairman of the Board of Loris Perfume.
A special charity auction was held by famous auctioneer Uğur Batur, where Attorney Kasım Aksoy purchased a gold-leaf framed portrait of Atatürk in support of the association, while Kadriye Olgar bought a bronze Atatürk statue benefiting the Haçiko Animal Welfare Association.
Sel Logistics, which received the Best Logistics Company of the Year Award, also purchased two paintings during the auction. Businessman Semih Hot, one of the partners of SVADBA MAÇKA, which generously opened its doors free of charge for the event, bought the Piri Reis Map, further contributing to the association’s cause.
