This Good Deed is for the Children

The World Goodness Association did not forget children during Ramadan. Through our organization, Sel Logistics donated winter coats to underprivileged boys and girls aged 14–15 at Paşabahçe Primary School. During the delivery, our association’s representatives spoke to the students about the importance of kindness.

Committed to spreading kindness to people of all ages—young, old, and children—our association provided winter coats to forty students in need. The coats, donated by Sel Logistics, were delivered to Paşabahçe Primary School’s principal, Burhan Öcal, through the Beykoz Association for the Disabled. The delivery was made by the President of World Goodness Association, philanthropist, and businesswoman Menekşe Kankavi, along with association board member Ceren Kankıran.

During the handover ceremony, President Menekşe Kankavi emphasized that Ramadan is a significant time for doing good. “As an association, we wanted to use this month to bring kindness, support children, and bring a smile to their faces,” she said. Board member Ceren Kankıran also spoke about the importance of kindness, encouraging students to prioritize acts of goodwill throughout their lives.
