Donations for December Third, International Day of People with Disabilities

 Students of Maltepe Fındıklı Şehit Gökhan Soylu Primary School once again made a meaningful contribution for this year’s December 3rd International Day of People with Disabilities under the guidance of their teacher, Şule Oral. With the 31,200 TL they saved from their allowances, they donated one electric wheelchair for a child and one manual wheelchair for an adult to our association. 

On December 2nd, Monday, in the presence of Teacher Şule Oral, these two wheelchairs were handed over to the families of 15-year-old Abdullah Dönmez, who has 80% spastic palsy, and 63-year-old Osman Odabaş, who has 88% cerebral palsy. The delivery was carried out by our founding member and Disability Affairs Coordinator, Mr. Hasan Polat, at our association’s premises.
